How to make my first call with Wengophone ?
You must connect to our service with your account id (email address and password), before making your first call.
If you don't have a Wengo account yet, clic and the "create an account" link on your WengoPhone and fill in the short form. Enter your email address and chosen password in your WengoPhone : you are ready for your first call.
You can dial a phone number or enter a Wengo fellow's nickname in the appropriate field of your WengoPhone :
- either on the main page
- or on the dialpad

How to test the quality of my calls ?
By dialing 333 on your WengoPhone, you are connected to an echo server which enables you to adjust your audio settings in order to optimize your calls quality.
How to answer a call with WengoPhone ?
If someone calls you, you will hear a ringing tone, the Wengo icon in your systray will flash and a pop-up will appear in the lower right side of your computer screen.
You can choose whether you want to answer the call or reject it.
If you answer a call, a conversation starts and the duration of your call appears.
Warning ! If your WengoPhone is not running, you cannot be reached.

Can I be reached when my WengoPhone is not on ?
Your WengoPhone must be on and logged in order to receive calls.
