How can I set up a call forward ?
To set a call forward :
- Start your WengoPhone
- Click on the Tools menu and on "Configuration"
- Choose "Call Forward"
- Enter the phone number to which you wish to transfer your unanswered calls
Call forwarding is active when you are not connected to Wengo, or when your line is busy or 20 seconds after an incoming call starts ringing.
You can set up to 3 call forwards to landlines and mobile phones worldwide (excluding to premium rate services numbers), or to your voicemail.
Call forwarding is billed on the Wengo price list basis and deducted from your communication credits balance.
