What payment methods can I use with Wengo ?
You can use two kinds of payment methods on Wengo's web site to purchase Wengo's :
- international Visa or Mastercard credit cards
- Paypal
What kind of credit card can I use to purchase Wengo's ?
International Visa and MasterCard are the only credit cards you can use to purchase Wengo's.
Are my payments secured on Wengo's web site ?
Yes payments on Wengo's web site are highly secured.
Here is the way it works :
1 - data of your credit card filled in on our web site's form are directly transmitted to our Electronic Payment Terminal.
2 - the Terminal sends an authorization request to your bank. It is just an athorization request at that point, there are not debit from your account.
3 - your credit card number is crypted by the Terminal which keeps one half of the crypted number and sends us the other half.
4 - we make a debit request when you actually purchase the Wengo's by sended our crypted number's half to the Terminal.
5 - the Terminal send us the transaction result
What is the default credit card for ?
You can select your default credit from your credit card list in your online selfcare. This default credit card will enable you to make your next Wengo's purchase in one clic.
How to manage my credit cards list ?
You can memorize as many Visa and MasterCard credit cards as you wish in your online selfcare to manage your next payments.
- To add a card, clic on the "add a card" tab and follow the instructions.
- To delete card, select it and clic on the delete button at the right end of the line
Select your default credit card to manage your next purchases in one clic.
How to manage my credit card validity ?
This is very easy : in your credit card list, each card gets a validity icon : green for a valid card, red for a non valid one.
When your default credit card is not valid anymore, you can easily replace it by adding a new card to your list.
Tip : Why give a name to my credit cards ?
Giving a name to your credit cards allows you to identify them at a glance. This is very useful when you have several credit cards memorized in your list.
