I cannot view my invoices

Please check you have a .pdf reader software on your computer. If yes and you still can't view your invoices, please follow the below process :

- Point your mouse on the "view" link of the invoice you want to view

- Make a right click and select "save target as"

- Save the file on your desktop

- If the file was saved under .pdf format, you can directly open it by double-clicking on it from your desktop

- If the file was not saved under .pdf format, make a right click and select "open with", and choose your .pdf reader software from the list.

How am I invoiced ?

You are invoiced upon each communication credit purchase. Wengo's purchased are immediatly available on your Wengo account.

An email is sent to your registered email address to notify you about the availability of your invoice in your online selfcare. You can download your invoices in .pdf format and print them from your online selfcare.

What VAT rate is applied to my purchases on Wengo's web site ?

Prices in our price list are exclusive of taxes. If your billing address is in the EU, you will be charged 19,6% VAT when you buy Wengo’s. However, the calls will be shown on your call list and your account will be credited exclusive of VAT.
