Can I connect to Wengo from several computers ?
You can use the WengoPhone on as many computers as you want. However, you can't use the same Wengo account on several computers at the same time, the latest computer you logged in from will be the active one.
Can other people who use my computer use WengoPhone ?
Yes of course, different people can use the same computer to connect to Wengo.
We recommand that each single person has its own Wengo account with personal IDs. we advise you not to select the automatic log in if several persons use the same computer, so that no one can use your Wengo account without you to know.
Can use other softwares to connect to Wengo ?
Yes, SIP compatible softwares can be used with Wengo.
Can I change the language of my WengoPhone ?
You can select the language of your WengoPhone in the language list in the configuration panel of your WengoPhone. We recommand you read the WengoPhone NG user guide
If your language is not available you can contact us on our forums to submit a translation.
Can I get a Trojan Horse or a virus from using WengoPhone?
WengoPhone only provides instant messaging, SMS, and high-quality voice and video communications, so there is no risk at all.
