What are the parameters for using Wengo with an ATA or a SIPPhone ?

Here below are the parameters you need to enter :

  • Outbound proxy : voip.wengo.fr
  • Registrar : voip.wengo.fr
  • Domain name: voip.wengo.fr
  • Stun server : stun.wengo.fr

Can all SIPPhones and ATAs be used with Wengo ?

There are an important and increasing number of ATAs and SIPPhones available. It is not possible for Wengo to test them all to validate they all work well with our platform.

Wengo's platform respects the SIP standards but the different existing SIP compatible devices can happen to send it messages which it cannot read properly. Therefore we cannot ensure that every device can work properly with Wengo.

I cannot browse my Wengo voicemail

To browse your voicemail with an ATA or SIPPhone, we advise you to set the DTMF parameter to the INBAND mode.
