Can I change my Wengo nickname ?

Sorry, it is not possible to change one's Wengo nickname.

Can I change my password ?

Of course you can ! You can change your password by yourself and as many times as you wish from your online selfcare. To do so, clic on the "connection" tab and clic on "change".

All changes are listed in your account history.

Be aware that your ATABox password is automatically renewed when you change your connection password. If you use an ATABox or a SIPsoftphone, make sure to change your configuration accordingly.

Can I change my email address ?

Of course you can ! You can change your email address by yourself and as many times as you wish from your online selfcare. To do so, clic on the "connection" tab and clic on "change".

All changes are listed in your account history.

Once your email address has been changed, you receive a validation email to your new email address.

Warning : as long as you haven't validated this new email address by clicking on the link including in the email, you will not be able to call landline or mobile phones. Une fois votre adresse email modifiée, vous recevrez un email de validation à cette nouvelle adresse.

What are the ATABox IDs for ?

If you use a SIPphone, a SIP softphone or an ATAbox with Wengo, you will need to enter these IDs.
